Hi everybody,
It’s Papa Nash and I am so thrilled to tell you my story. I only discovered cooking in my 30’s and realised I had a lot of passion to learn how to make tasty food. I made too many mistakes and even cooked my first steak in a student house oven in the UK for one hour!
Many years later and after even more cooking disasters, I sought the help of good cooks, some family members, some good friends. I have simplified their recipes so I could do them consistently. Now I am ready to teach cooking!
My hope is to create something simple and tasty that anyone can prepare. If you have never cooked before, come on this journey with me to explore different foods and how to make them in a simple way. I promise to do my best to add variety, some humour, and bring you to different locations to learn from many different cooks who share the same passion for cooking.
