Why Cooking Made Simple
I was a terrible cook in my early days as I started late (in my thirties) and am self-taught. Now my wish is to encourage anyone who says, ‘I cannot cook!’ to re-think their decision, and give it a go.
I will make it worth your time and trouble. Every last ingredient is clearly measured and stated! The ‘dummy’ that I was, many many years ago, could have learnt cooking then. Only if I had access to such easy to followc and failproof recipes!
Please support this initiative by sharing the Papa Nash YouTube channel with your friends and family, especially the potential cooks that have not started cooking yet!
Better yet, ask them to subscribe, as I am just getting started, and there is a lot more to come!
I promise to share more tasty recipes on this Channel. You can hold me to this 🙂
There will be more Curries, a Rendang or 2, Malaysian Classics like Nasi Lemak, maybe Mamak Mee Goreng if someone can teach me 🙂, Western Dishes, definitely Punjabi Favourites, Chinese classics like the most amazing Sweet and Sour Fish dish Ever, (from my mum in law and she is simply brilliant).
I will also include some fusion dishes and many handy tips on how to save time in the kitchen.
These are some dishes you can see me make in time to come, some are already posted.
The target is to post 6 new videos per 2 weeks, for now. 🙂
For those who need a link, here it is, to go straight to this YouTube Channel.
